About me
I am Nam Tran, founder of Tran Digital, based in Augsburg, Germany. My professional background is in operations management and in upscale hospitality. For many years I coordinated operational workflows there, organised teams and kept processes running reliably, even under intense time pressure.
That experience showed me how much clear responsibilities, traceable workflows and well-structured information matter in day-to-day business. Today I combine this operational understanding with process design, automation and AI.
My goal is not unnecessarily complex systems, but pragmatic solutions that fit the people and the actual workflows of a business, work reliably and make a noticeable difference every day.
